Service Nature

Our lettering services are custom-designed and created specifically for each client. As such, these are personalised services that cannot be returned in the traditional sense. However, we work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction through our revision process.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has commenced, cancellation may result in partial refund based on the work completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Revision Process

We include a reasonable number of revisions in our service packages to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts, we will work with you to refine the lettering until it meets your expectations. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as if we are unable to complete the project due to circumstances beyond our control, or if there is a significant failure to deliver the agreed services. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of project completion.
