Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using elbowyoungplanet website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

elbowyoungplanet provides custom lettering design services for brands and personal projects. We create original typography and lettering designs based on client specifications and requirements.

Intellectual Property

All lettering designs created by elbowyoungplanet remain the intellectual property of elbowyoungplanet until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the lettering for the agreed purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion and delivery of final files.

Revisions and Changes

We include a reasonable number of revisions in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Major changes to project scope may require a new quote.

Limitation of Liability

elbowyoungplanet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or lettering designs. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund. These remedies are in addition to any other rights you may have under these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia, or through alternative dispute resolution methods as agreed by both parties.
